We are a quartet group based out of St.Joseph Minnesota. Just like the authentic Minnesotan "hotdish" meal with the variety of recipes to choose from, the music of the Hotdish group has a wide variety of styles. Here is a list of ingredients that make up our overall flavor.
Ingredients
1 lb ground - Dixieland / Jazz Standards
1 Medium chopped - Vintage Country
1 16 oz bag frozen - Polkas
1 dash of - Gospel/Folk
1 pinch - Cajun
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a 13' X 9' stage, topped with shredded - Vocal Standards
2. Play for 45 minutes at 350 Degrees and let sit for 20 minutes
3. Enjoy in moderation with others at family gatherings or potlucks
4. Music is Allergy friendly
